We ship across India. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and costs.
Processing Time
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before they are handed over to our shipping partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000. For prepaid orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹69 applies. Cash on Delivery orders have a flat fee of ₹139.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also contact us at support@earthyorigin.com with your order number for tracking updates.
Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

- Weather conditions or natural events
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
- Carrier-related delays
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply.
