At Earthy Origin, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's exactly how our return and refund process works.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we are unable to accept return requests.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or receipt

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Damaged or defective products: If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Change of mind or other reasons: If you are returning the item for any other reason (wrong size, didn't like it, etc.), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@earthyorigin.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. If the product is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos.
  4. We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@earthyorigin.com. We will investigate with our shipping partner and either reship the order or issue a full refund.
