Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for most serviceable pin codes in India. COD orders have a flat shipping fee of ₹139.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also email us at support@earthyorigin.com with your order number.

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation before the order is shipped by emailing us at support@earthyorigin.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you can return the item within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Prepaid orders are delivered in 3-5 business days. COD orders take 5-8 business days. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000. For prepaid orders below ₹1,000, a flat fee of ₹69 applies.

Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India.

What if my pin code is not serviceable?
If your pin code is not serviceable by our shipping partner, you will be notified at checkout. Please try an alternate delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer pays return shipping.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to reflect it.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Are your earrings real gold or silver?
Our earrings are fashion jewellery — they are not made of real gold or silver. They are crafted from alloys with oxidised, gold-toned, or silver-toned finishes designed to look premium at affordable prices.

Will the colour fade?
With proper care, our earrings maintain their finish for a long time. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. Store them in a dry place when not wearing them.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Most of our earrings are nickel-free, but if you have very sensitive skin, we recommend checking the product description or contacting us before purchasing.

Do you have a physical store?
No, Earthy Origin is an online-only store. We do not operate a physical retail shop.

Where are you based?
We are based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Our business is operated by Prabu General Trading.
